How to track your order
Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your order leaves our facility, so the fastest way to track your order is to open that shipping confirmation and copy the number into the field above. Check your spam folder if the email hasn't appeared. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they ship, and tracking goes live shortly after that window closes. If you placed several orders close together, each one ships separately and carries its own tracking number.
When to expect your delivery
Standard shipping arrives within 5 to 7 business days and expedited within 2 to 4 business days, counted from dispatch rather than from the moment you place your order. International orders may sit briefly with customs, which can add a few days beyond the estimate, and customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. If you can't track your order
Tracking sometimes takes up to 24 hours to register with the carrier after the label is created, so a number that shows nothing today often updates by tomorrow. If it still hasn't moved after two business days, or the carrier reports a problem with the address, contact us and we'll chase it down for you. Parcels that arrive damaged, incomplete, or never arrive at all are covered by our Refund policy, and we'd rather hear from you early than have you wait and worry.
